Hamster's 'Console Archives' lineup for Switch 2 and PlayStation 5 has been unveiled, featuring over 10 classic titles. The series aims to bring retro gaming to modern platforms, offering a nostalgic trip down memory lane for retro fans. Two titles, Ninja Gaiden II: The Dark Sword of Chaos and Cool Boarders, are already available on the Switch 2 eShop. Hamster has revealed more details about upcoming releases in its latest Japanese broadcast, showcasing a range of games from various consoles. Doraemon by Hudson is set for July, while other titles like Nobunaga’s Ambition, MagMax, Sonic Wings Special, Dezaemon Plus, Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure, Master of Monsters: Disciples of Gaia, Monster Rancher Hop A Bout, and UFO: A day in the life are yet to be dated. The Console Archives series is packed with convenient features, including customizable button layouts, screen settings, and the ability to save and load at any point, similar to the Arcade Archives series.
