Meghan Markle has officially released the first episode of her new podcast.

Meghan Markle has officially launched her new podcast, Confessions of a Female Founder. In the first-ever episode, Meghan - who announced her new podcast last month - is joined by the founder of the popular Bumble dating app, Whitney Wolfe Herd.
The Duchess of Sussex will release a new episode released weekly, her latest product in collaborate with Lemonada Media. This is the second attempt at podcasting for Meghan, who signed with Lemonada Media last year. She previously released Archetypes - a podcast where she aimed at investigating, dissecting, and subverting the labels that try to hold women back - during the summer of 2022.

Meghan announced Confessions of a Female Founder last month. The show will feature candid conversations with female founders and friends about their business journeys, including Meghan speaking about her own.
The work with Lemonada comes after Spotify and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex revealed that they had made a "mutual decision" to part ways on their multi-million-pound exclusive deal in 2023.
It remains unknown whether Meghan will release a second season of Confessions of a Female Founder.
Praising Meghan ahead of the release of the first episode, PR expert Rhea Freeman from rheafreemanpr.co.uk said that the idea of a podcast aligns well with Meghan's recent projects.

She told the Express: "I feel like the new podcast aligns well with the launch of her new brand, and also her as a business woman in her own right.
"... By tapping into her journey and aligning with female founders who are - no doubt - well known, Meghan is placing herself in a different position.
"Tied to this, there continues to be growth in the female founder space when it comes to a visibility point of view, so I think this podcast is a real symbol of where Meghan is now, where she wants to be, and what’s going on in the world at the moment."
