The company will be merged with WMH's existing creative agency, Petit Ami, and communications agency Phenomène, forming a new entity called The Officin. This new unit aims to bring together creativity, innovation, and premium production capabilities to design unique projects and experiences. The Officin's co-founders, Marc Fischer and Franck Chaud, envision it as a 'laboratory of ideas and emotions'. This development comes on the heels of other significant mergers and acquisitions in the fashion PR space, including the merger of Lucien Pagès' UK business with AIPR, and the acquisition of OBO by Together Group.
